The Difference

 Sherwin Williams® paint - R & E Painting Inc. uses Sherwin-Williams Superpaint®, Resilience™, or Duration®  for exterior painting.  These coatings are vinyl safe and can be applied at temperatures as low as 35º F.  Superpaint® carries a 25-year manufacturer's warranty; Resilience™ and Duration® carry a lifetime manufacturer's warranty.

 Polyurethane Caulk - R & E Painting Inc. will use Sherwin Williams Sher-MAX™ urethanized sealant, which carries a lifetime manufacturer's warranty.  R & E Painting Inc. will re-caulk the entire home.  This is a key step in the preparation process.  This caulk is more flexible and adheres better, so your paint job will last longer.

 Wet Mil-gauge – R & E Painting Inc. will use a wet mil-gauge to check for proper paint film thickness.  When using high quality coatings such as Duration® and Superpaint®, it is important that they are applied undiluted at the correct thickness to insure their maximum performance.  We want to make sure that we use the coating properly, so that you receive the maximum benefit.

 Free Touch-up for a year - R & E Painting Inc. offers free touch-up for one year on all Exterior paint jobs.  Often times the exterior paint on a home is scratched by lawn mowers, weed eaters, and other things.  This can lead to pre-mature coating failure.  We will be glad to touch-up these blemishes to help you avoid further damage.
