I Standard

• Thoroughly wash and clean the exterior of the home.
• Pressure-wash the driveway and sidewalk.
• Remove any flaking or peeling paint.
• Completely re-caulk the entire house w/ SW SherMAX® urethanized caulk.
• Spot prime any bare areas.
• Topcoat with a quality exterior latex finish

• Superpaint®, Resilience™, or Duration®

• Apply exterior latex undiluted at the recommended thickness

• Superpaint®- 4 mil wft to achieve 1.44 dft

• Resilience™-4 mil wft to achieve 1.44 dft

• Duration®- 7 mil wft to achieve 2.8 mils dft

• Paint the metal lintels above the windows and doors with all surface enamel.
• Paint the metal roof jacks that protrude through the roof with all surface enamel.
• Lightly sand and recoat the front door with exterior polyurethane sealer (if it is stained).
• Wash the outside of the windows.

II  Premium

• Thoroughly wash and clean the exterior of the home.
• Pressure-wash the driveway and sidewalk.
• Remove any flaking or peeling paint.
• Completely re-caulk the entire house w/ SW SherMAX® urethanized caulk.
• Prime the entire house prior to painting using an acrylic latex primer on all cement fiber products and an alkyd primer on all wood products
• Topcoat with a quality exterior latex finish

• Superpaint®, Resilience™, or Duration®

• Apply exterior latex undiluted at the recommended thickness

• Superpaint®- 4 mil wft to achieve 1.44 dft

• Resilience™-4 mil wft to achieve 1.44 dft

• Duration®- 7 mil wft to achieve 2.8 mils dft
